These reading log pages contain lists of the books I've read each year since book journaling in 2017. It includes the basics (title, author, and date finished). Off to the side, I also added some symbols of a few other details of which I want to keep track (💗 for a favorite, 🔁 for a reread, and 📣 if it was me reading aloud to the kids).
